Damaged or Defective Items: Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30-days of the original ship date and will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of charge.
Refused Orders: Orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be refunded in full less a 15% restocking fee.
Other Reasons: If within 30 days of your order, you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service representatives and we will do our best to fix the problem and make it right. Follow these steps to return an order:
• Contact us by either email or phone.
• Provide your name, date of sale, and your order number.
If you are eligible for a refund based on the policy explained above, a shipping label will be emailed to you. This label will need to be printed and secured to the original packaging of your items.
• The customer will be responsible for transporting the returned package to a location of the shipping company being used (FedEx, UPS, etc).
• Once the item has been returned to our warehouse and the contents have been verified, the appropriate refund will be issued.
